Rua João Paulo II, 2495-451 Fátima, Portugal
The Fátima Hotel is a work of a traditional regional family, the couple Manuel das Neves and Marta de Jesus and their children. This family was one of the first to reside in the Cova da Iria-Fátima on the land where now are the Fátima Hotel and the Jacinta Shop, on the north side of the Sanctuary.
Their children, Manuel and António studied in the seminary, were they met the Fátima Sanctuary rector. The rector recommended the creation of a small religious items shop and a eatery to welcome the pilgrims.
This way, the Eatery and later the Fátima Guesthouse were created.
Over the years, the Fátima Sanctuary of Fatima was having recognition and devotion, both nationally and internationally and the Guesthouse was expanded until it became the Fátima Hotel, in order to accommodate the increasing number of religious pilgrims.
Inserted next to the largest and most important religious sanctuary in Portugal, the Fátima Hotel is the ideal option for the pilgrims as well as for tourist that wish to visit the region. Besides all of this, it also has ideal facilities for business meetings.
