The Gamito Homestead is located at about 4km from Crato and in the vicinity of the legendary Flor da Rosa Monastery, the Gamito Homestead is property of the descendants of an ancient traditional family, with secular roots in the region.

The Gamito Homestead winery project was born from the surprising results achieved by a small vineyard that convinced its owner to increase it to its present 24 acres and undertake a quality work.

The Gamito Homestead wines are the result of an old dream that transformed into passion. Based on a concept inspired on the best wineries in the New World, the Gamito Homestead cellar was built on an enological concept which aims to explore the excellent quality of the grapes.

For the preparation of the Gamito Homestead wines it is decisive the manual selection of the grapes that allows picking the best ones.
